You can find dimensions for our products on each product page under the “Technical” section. This includes both external and internal dimensions. Additionally, our van racking system is modular and adjustable, meaning it can be customised to fit your specific needs.

Yes, although not guaranteed, in most cases you can transfer our van racking to another vehicle of the same make and model. Our racking system is designed with modularity and adjustability in mind, allowing for easy installation and removal. 

However, please note that there may be some minor modifications required for a perfect fit in a different vehicle, and we recommend consulting with our team to ensure compatibility before making any changes.

We currently offer two material options for our van racking: standard ply and phenolic mesh faced ply. 

Our standard ply is a 12mm exterior grade unfinished hardwood ply, ensuring excellent quality and durability for your van racking needs. It has great weight-to-strength properties.

Our phenolic mesh faced ply is a resin impregnated ply with a dark, mesh texture finish on one side and smooth on the other. Offering a range of benefits including excellent resistance to wear, moisture/stains, chemicals and UV ageing. It is an ideal choice for customers who require a hard-wearing surface for their van racking, especially in industries such as construction, engineering, and maintenance. Additionally, the dark finish of phenolic mesh ply gives a sleek and professional look to any van interior.

Installation/Fitting

Yes, we offer free fitting and installation for all orders at our premises in Borehamwood. However, please note that we have specific terms and conditions regarding cancellations and rebooking fees. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your appointment. However, please give us as much notice as possible, as cancellations or re-booking fees may apply. Please contact us for more information on our terms and conditions.

The length of the installation process can vary depending on the complexity of the racking system and the specific requirements of your vehicle. However, on average, the installation process takes approximately 20 minutes – 2 hours to complete. 

We will provide you with a more accurate estimate based on your specific needs when you place your order. Please bear in mind all installation times are estimates only. Unforeseen factors can cause delays. Please plan accordingly.

Yes, we offer Saturday fittings upon request and depending on availability. Please note that there may be additional charges for this service. Please contact us for more information and to schedule your fitting appointment.

Our van racking products are designed to be easy to assemble and fit, requiring only basic DIY skills and an impact driver for installation. We have a library of video instructionals on our website, and our customer support team is available during the week to answer any questions or provide assistance. If you prefer to install the racking yourself, we can provide guidance and support to help you get the job done.

To assemble and install your van racking, you will need an impact driver and basic DIY skills. We provide video instructionals on our website to guide you through the assembly process, and our customer support team is available during the week to answer any questions or provide assistance during the week. We also offer free fitting at our premises in Borehamwood for those who prefer professional installation.

If you need to cancel your fitting slot, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us via email or phone. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that we may charge a rebooking fee if you cancel your fitting slot less than 3 working days in advance, or if you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Collection/Shipping

Yes, most (but not all) products are available for collection and customers are welcome to collect their orders from our workshop in Borehamwood. Simply select the “Collect” option at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time. Lead times on manufacture still apply.

Please note that our workshop hours for collection are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm. If you have any questions about collection or would like to arrange a specific time, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Yes, all necessary fixings are included with our van racking products. This includes screws, bolts, and brackets to ensure a secure and stable installation. We use high-quality fixings that are specifically chosen to work with the materials and design of our racking systems. If you have any questions about the included fixings, our customer support team is available to assist you.

At Yoke Vans, we offer a wide range of van racking products that are cut-to-order to provide customers with a greater range of options. As a result, the lead time for orders can vary depending on our current demand and availability. 

Typically, lead times can range from days to weeks. However, we strive to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards. If you have any specific concerns about the lead time for your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.

Most of our products are shipped flat-packed to reduce shipping costs and ensure easy handling on site. However, some products may be shipped part pre-built on a pallet, such as bundles with false floors. We also provide clear and concise assembly instructions to ensure the installation process is straightforward.

We do not recommend arranging your own courier as we cannot guarantee the safety and security of your order during transit. However, if you choose to arrange your own courier, we are happy to prepare your order for collection at a pre-arranged time. Please note that any damages or losses that occur during transit arranged by the customer will not be covered by our warranty or returns policy.

Ordering with Yoke Vans

Placing an order with us is easy. You can browse our product selection on our website and add the items you want to your cart. Once you’re ready to check out, you can enter your billing and shipping information and pay securely online. 

Alternatively, you can send us an email and place your order via a BACs invoice with one of our sales representatives. If you have any questions or need assistance placing your order, our customer support team is available during the week to help.

We offer various payment methods to make it easy for our customers to purchase our van racking products. On our website, we accept card payments, IwocaPay, and Klarna.

 

For orders placed in person, by email or over the phone, we accept card and BACS and IwocaPay payments. If you have any questions about the payment process, our customer support team is available to assist you.

We do not offer financing options ourselves. However, we do offer payment options through IwocaPay and Klarna, which may provide financing options to customers who qualify.

 

Customers can select these payment options during the checkout process on our website. Please note that financing options are subject to approval by the financing provider and their terms and conditions apply.

Yes, for website orders we require full payment upfront through our website. However, we offer staggered payments through IwocaPay or Klarna during checkout. For bespoke jobs, we require a 50% deposit to book in the job, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the works.

We understand that sometimes plans can change, and we’re happy to refund cancelled orders that have not yet been manufactured. However, once the job has been cut and manufactured, we are unable to offer a refund due to the cut-to-order nature of our products.

 

We encourage customers to carefully review their order before placing it to ensure all specifications are correct. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can process your refund before manufacturing the order.

IwocaPay

We accept iwocaPay to give trade customers more control when it comes to paying. iwocaPay is available for UK Limited Businesses and LLPs on orders of £150 to £30,000.

We use iwocaPay to provide our trade customers with an approved spending limit up to £30,000. You can use as much or as little of it as you like and it’s totally interest free. Click the link below to set up a spending limit with iwocaPay:

We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our van racking products. Bespoke

Yes, we offer bespoke customisation options for our van racking products. We have a bundle builder on our website that allows customers to customise layouts by combining various van racking and false floor options. Our system is also designed to be modular and adjustable. If these options don’t meet your specific needs, we are happy to discuss bespoke jobs with you. Simply contact our customer support team to discuss your requirements.

We do offer certain bespoke work, however, our range of bundle builders on our website allows for a high level of bespoke customisation to combine various van racking and false floor options. Our system is also modular and adjustable to accommodate specific needs. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate every custom request.

To get a quote on a bespoke job, you can send us a rough layout sketch along with the make and model of your van, as well as a description of what you are looking for. You can send this information to us via email. Once we have this information, we will ask for any clarifications required and then can provide you with a quote for the job.

Yes, we provide visuals and CAD drawings of the design for approval before the job is cut and manufactured. Once an order has been confirmed and a deposit has been placed, we will start working on the design and provide you with visuals and drawings for your approval before proceeding with the manufacturing process. This ensures that you can see what the final product will look like and make any necessary changes before we start manufacturing.
