Refund and Returns Policy

Main Terms:

  • By checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have checked the make, model, size, and type of your van to ensure that the van racking system you are ordering is the correct specification. 
  • You also agree to our return policy which states that once the job has been manufactured, we cannot offer a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have ordered the correct specification, and we are not responsible for any incorrect orders. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service team as they are here to help.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to refund cancelled orders that have not yet been manufactured. Once the job has been cut and manufactured, we are unable to offer a refund due to the cut-to-order nature of our products. We encourage customers to carefully review their order before placing it to ensure all specifications are correct. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can process your refund before manufacturing the order.

Returns Policy:

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will require evidence of the damage/fault and may ask for photos of the product or packaging to be sent to us. We will then investigate the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund. If the item is deemed to be damaged/faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage.

We cut-to-specification and therefore our products are not stock items. As a result, we cannot accept returns unless the goods are damaged or faulty. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will arrange for it to be collected and replaced or refunded.

Under our discretion, we may sometimes allow a return of a non-faulty item, but we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50% of the item’s value. This fee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the return.This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and any damage to the product caused during the return process. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds Policy:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the item being received by us, in the case of returns. If you are cancelling an order that has not yet been manufactured, we will process the refund as soon as possible. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
