Payments Policy

1. All prices listed on our website are in the local currency and may not necessarily include VAT.
2. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless other payment arrangements have been agreed upon with us.

4. If payment is made by bank transfer, please note that it may take several days for the payment to clear and we will not dispatch your order until payment has been received in full.
5. In the case of payment by credit or debit card, we reserve the right to carry out additional checks to ensure the validity of the payment method.
6. If payment is not received within 7 days of placing an order, the order may be cancelled and the goods returned to stock.
7. In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee to cover any costs incurred.
