- Delivery Address: We will deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure that it is in good condition and that all items are present. If you notice any damage or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier attempts to deliver your order but is unable to do so (e.g. if there is no one available to sign for the delivery), they may leave a card with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collection. If the order is not collected or re-delivered within the time frame specified by the courier, it may be returned to us. In this case, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee.
- When choosing pallet shipment as the delivery method, please note that it is important to have the ability to receive a pallet during working hours at the delivery address. If the pallet delivery fails due to no one being available to receive it, it may incur further fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure someone is available to receive the pallet on the day of delivery.
- International Shipping: We ship to selected destinations outside of the UK. Please note that international shipping rates may be higher than UK shipping rates and may be subject to additional taxes and duties. The customer is responsible for paying any such taxes and duties.
