Warranty Policy

We are confident in the quality of our plywood van racking products and offer a 1-year warranty against faults and failures. This warranty covers the following:

• Any reasonable manufacturing defects or faults in materials
• Any failure of the product due to faulty workmanship
• Any issues arising from the normal use of the product

The warranty period begins from the date of delivery if the product is shipped, or the date of installation if fitted by ourselves. If a fault or failure occurs within this period, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the affected product or component free of charge.

Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:

• Any damage caused by misuse or neglect
• Normal wear and tear of the product
• Issues resulting from self-assembly or fitting by the customer
• Damage caused by external factors, such as accidents or natural disasters
• Water damage or issues caused by water/moisture ingress

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We may require photos or other evidence to assess the claim. If the claim is accepted, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the affected product or component.

Please also note that the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

We reserve the right to determine the validity of any warranty claim and to amend or withdraw this warranty policy at any time.
